Primary Duties:

1.  Teacher mentor
2. Guide instructional practices K-12
   • Modeling
   • Mentoring
   • Providing Professional Development
3.  Work with building Professional Learning Communities (PLC) and teacher teams to enhance instruction
4.  Immediate mentor to all new hires and teachers on an IDP (individualized development plan)
5. Attend professional development throughout the year including the summer
6. Work with administration to guide instructional development and improvement
7. Other duties assigned
